Better to purchase 2 pairs of Compression Socks. Hand wash in warm water is preferred, but machine wash is ok. After washing, rinse the compression garment thoroughly in warm water. In order to avoid loss of shape and compression, it is recommended to dry the products with a towel, should not be boiled, bleached, twisted, ironed, dried in direct sunlight. When choosing a compression level you’ll likely want to consult your doctor for recommendations.
Apply lotion on your legs but let it dry before you put on the compression sleeves on. Hold the top of the Compression Sock and roll it down to the heel. Put your foot into the Compression Stocking as far as you can. Put your heel in the heel of the stocking. Pull the Support stocking up. Unroll the stocking over your leg. After the top of the Compression Stockings is in place, smooth out any wrinkles. Do not let the stockings bunch up or wrinkle. Knee High Socks should come to 2 fingers below the knee bend.
